back from Thailand

Hi people,

Finally, I am back and posting again! Just got back from Thailand after a week of managing the national team in the gruelling hot sun and long hours in the back of the support vehicle. I am all tanned up and almost able to pass off as a malay now! It's been fun getting back in the back of the truck after almost five years of being away from the cycling scene. will tell you guys more over the week. Have to go type my post race report now!
